Most of our orders are delivered in about 10 to 15 business days to main countries.

Part 3 – Delivery Time
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Processing time includes the time needed to produce your product.
Production time varies by product type. Standard (non-custom) items usually take 1–2 business days, while custom items typically take 3–5 business days. This time is not included in the shipping time. Thank you for your understanding.
Part 4 – Do You Provide Tracking?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. However, in some cases of free shipping, tracking may be unavailable.
All orders come with a tracking ID, and you can track your order here.
Part 5 – Shipping Methods
Markgift works with different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. After your order ships, we’ll select the most suitable delivery method based on the weight of the parcel and its destination.
Our carriers include: 4PX, YunExpress, DHL, FedEx.
Your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages. If this happens:
- You will not be charged extra shipping fees.
- Any applicable shipping fees will be allocated across the packages.
Please note: Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be delivered via Standard Shipping only and are not eligible for expedited options.
Heads-up on tracking updates: If your tracking appears to be stuck on a certain date, this can be normal while the parcel is in transit between countries. Once it arrives domestically, it will be handed over to USPS for final delivery to your door.
